We provide warm leads to our Sales Agents & train them in the prospecting methods proven to work best to build a great client base.

What we offer

• Agents average between $45,000.00 and $100,000.00 depending on performance.
• Base Salary of $21,450.00 for stability
• Commission
• Monthly Bonus

• Company pays for Insurance class & License.

Responsibilities:

• B2B Calls to start
• Emailing referral sources and clients
• Entering client data, run reports, evaluate coverages & send the best rates from our many carriers
• Assist clients & answer quote inquiries & questions in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school, Equivalent or above
• Sales or call center experience
• Able to work 8:30am – 5pm M-F
• Good listening skills & an outgoing personality
• Positive attitude- It’s important to be positive and not let your previous call affect your current or future calls
